Maintenance Issues

Tub handle that moves water between shower, sprayer, and tub is corroded, also the lever it's self IS stripped. Works fine as a tub only. We have the part but vice grips would be useful in pulling the old one out. The building water will need to be turned off first. If it's just the lever, might need a new lever too. Maybe remove the lever and let the guest know it's tub only before renting.
